We are hard-wired to be closely connected by relationships that fulfill and sustain us. At times, we will be challenged to look at ourselves, to grow and change as we strengthen and deepen our relationships. Depending on how the challenge is presented to us, we may feel angry, anxious, confused and at a loss for what to do.

Therapy is one way of getting the guidance we need to face the challenges and make the necessary changes. I work with the belief that we all share a common emotional experience despite the differences in the way we choose to express this. I also believe that we need to take responsibility for those choices, despite what our partners are doing.

As every issue is unique, I offer my clients the opportunity to tell their story in their own way. By tailoring the therapy to each client's needs, I ensure that we are working toward the desired goal in a positive manner that is both useful and sufficiently challenging.
